- The original Certificate of Analysis (COA 209392) incorrectly identified the sample as **Tirzepatide** instead of the correct compound, **BPC-157**. The testing laboratory subsequently reissued the Certificate of Analysis as **COA 209656**, correcting the sample identification. The updated COA has been used to replace the incorrect information.
